Navigating Grief in Nature: Adult Grief Therapy Group
Grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and difficult to carry alone. This nature-based therapy group offers a supportive outdoor space to process grief, connect with others who understand, and experience the grounding presence of nature.
Led by an experienced therapist, each session incorporates evidence-based and experiential practices designed to support emotional processing, reflection, and coping in the midst of grief.
Participants are welcome at any stage of their grief journey.
Participants are invited to:

Connect with others who understand your experience in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental environment.

Experience the calming and restorative effects of natures as we gather in peaceful outdoor spaces.

Participate in therapeutic conversations, grounding practices, reflection activities, and gentle emotional processing exercises.

Attend the sessions that feel supportive for you. You are welcome to join once, occasionally, or regularly.

Explore your grief at your own pace while nurturing resilience, self-awareness, and connection to yourself and others.
