Navigating Grief in Nature: Adult Grief Therapy Group

Finding solace in nature can be a powerful aid in the journey through grief. Our therapy group provides a supportive community where individuals can share their experiences with others who understand, all within the nurturing embrace of nature. Led by experienced therapists, our sessions are designed to help participants navigate grief and find healing through evidence-based practices tailored to their needs.

  • When: Thursday Evenings,

    • September 19 - October 17

  • Time: 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm

  • Location: Confederation Park, 905 30 Ave NW, Calgary, AB

  • Cost: $250 per person. Receipts will be provided. If cost is a barrier, please discuss with us
