Do you struggle with overwhelming emotions or challenging relationships? Have you experienced trauma or significant life stressors? Are you having trouble navigating the stress that comes from parenting? Entering counselling can be overwhelming and intimidating, and I attempt to create a safe landing space for the people I am fortunate to work with. I offer a compassionate and non-judgmental environment where you can explore and process the barriers you may be experiencing to live up to your full potential.

I help clients identify their stressors and become more aware of their own behaviours, thoughts, and feelings. We will work together to navigate these identified challenges, and I will support you in making the positive changes you need. I am currently offering in-person and tele-health counselling sessions; either with zoom, skype, or phone. I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, Master of Social Work, and am a Registered Social Worker. I have spent close to 15 years working with families, individuals experiencing trauma and family violence, and individuals within the disability community. I work from a client-centered, strength-based approach and focus on your specific needs. I tend to include Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, and Nature Therapy in my practice.
I currently offer counselling for adults and youth struggling with any of the following:
